One person, one inbox, and a real reply
Ping Argus is built and run by one person, not a company with a support queue. Everything below arrives in the same inbox and gets answered personally — usually within a day or two.
The most useful message you can send. Open Diagnostics at the bottom of your result, copy it, and paste it in — it contains everything needed to work out what happened, and no personal data.

There is no contact form on this page, on purpose. A form would need a spam filter, and a spam filter means a third-party script watching you fill it in — on a site whose whole argument is that it does not do that sort of thing. An email address is older, plainer, and honest.
